## What it does

Truesaid takes a real conversation between a service professional and a happy client (currently from WhatsApp or email) and produces:

- A polished testimonial in short, medium, and long versions.
- The strongest verbatim quotes, kept in the client's original language with timestamps.
- A public verification page (linked via QR code) anyone can scan to confirm the testimonial came from a real conversation and was not fabricated.
- An embeddable widget, copy-as-HTML, image-with-QR for social, and a public profile page that aggregates all the user's verified reviews.

Important nuance: the **testimonial** is a polished synthesis Truesaid writes from the conversation — it is not a verbatim quote. The **verbatim excerpts** are literal (word-for-word, with original timestamps). The verification claim depends on (a) the source conversation being real and integrity-checked, (b) Truesaid generating the testimonial without inventing claims or attributing things the client didn't actually say, (c) the verbatim excerpts being 100% literal. The original conversation is never published; only metadata (date, language, message count, integrity checks) appears on the verification page.
